the art of noticing

a 5-night immersion for female founders, creatives, visionaries, and entrepreneurs in Nosara. Nov 4-9, 2026.

A practice of returning to the joy in the small things - the things that get quiet beneath the pace of building.

The way light moves, the way your body responds, the quiet connection between you and the world around you.

In pause, the art of noticing unfolds. And slowly, you find your rhythm.

b, well.

the immersion

Created for female founders, creatives, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, by female founders, The Art of Noticing is a 5-day invitation to step away from the constant holding, creating, leading, and doing.

With space for up to 12 women, this immersion is intentionally intimate and designed to guide you out of autopilot, inviting you to slow down enough to notice what’s already there. Through movement, rest, conversation, nourishment, and shared experience, we create space to reconnect to yourself, to others, and to the subtle moments that often go unseen.

your hosts & lead guide

Andrea McKay, Host

I believe wellness is a return to yourself, your rhythm, your truth.

As the founder of b, halfmoon, a Canadian wellness brand creating thoughtful tools for movement, meditation, and recovery, I’ve learned that the tools we create for others are often the very ones we need ourselves.

Building the brand has been my greatest teacher (aside from motherhood). What started as a combined passion for yoga and entrepreneurship has evolved into something deeper: a commitment to wellness, community, and leading a brand whose values I genuinely live by. That alignment, for me, is everything.

The Art of Noticing was born from the same place I keep returning to in my own life and leadership: the need to pause, listen, and come back to myself. It is a space for founders to come back to that, too.

Always learning. Always evolving. Always grateful for the ride.

Sabrina Virdee, Host

I’ve always believed that the smallest rituals can hold the deepest medicine.

As a holistic nutritionist, movement guide, and founder of All Is Well, I create spaces rooted in nourishment, ritual, and intentional living. My work is about helping women come back to themselves through simple, grounding practices that support the nervous system, invite presence, and make everyday life feel a little more connected.

Tea, movement, food, conversation, stillness, these are the places I return to again and again.

Co-creating The Art of Noticing feels like a natural extension of that work. A space to soften, connect, be nourished, and remember that transformation does not always need to be big or loud. Sometimes, it begins when we slow down enough to pay attention.

Caren Cooper-Bridel, Lead Guide

After more than 20 years in movement and wellness, I keep coming back to the same thing: wellness should feel supportive rather than intimidating, transformative rather than performative.

As the founder of EAST Studio and WEST Studio, I’ve built spaces rooted in intentional movement, meaningful connection, and whole-person wellbeing. My work weaves together yoga, Pilates, functional movement, restoration, and embodied practice, with a little humour, a lot of heart, and a deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt and heal.

For me, teaching is about helping people feel safe enough to explore, strong enough to grow, and connected enough to soften.

The Art of Noticing is a chance to bring together science, spirituality, laughter, music, movement, and those very human moments of connection that remind us we’re all just figuring it out as we go.

a discovery

back to you

There is a version of you that existed before the rush.

Before the noise. Before the pressure to keep up and hold it all together. A softer version. A more playful one. Creative. Connected. Present.

The art of noticing is about finding your way back to her. Not by stepping away from what you are building, but by returning to the part of you that makes it meaningful.
