What is the technique?
A custom nutrition program designed for you. If you feel like you have tried everything and haven’t felt or seen the results you want, the technique is for you. the technique will help you prepare, embrace, reclaim and reconnect to your body. the technique simplifies things with 90 days of custom nutrition and wellness coaching. This new movement in nutrition will deepen your understanding of how your body functions: when it’s working for you and when it’s working against you. Together we will take a deep dive on your relationship with food and uncover the roots of your thoughts and patterns, what has been passed down, inherited and what has laid hidden. You will discover new ways to nourish your body and how to reclaim your power and potential to feel the way you want to feel.
Why the technique?
In the technique, I use my years of experience changing women's lives. i’ve been doing this long enough to know what works. I believe in this approach - it has worked for me. it has worked for others, and it's going to work for you. We will use my knowledge as the basis of further exploration to gain a better understanding of the relationship you have with your body. You’ll learn the tools required to connect with your body and start trusting yourself. This will lead to breaking up with the patterns that are breaking you and that limit your quality of life. You’ll be guided through the process from beginning to end. Have the accountability and support to learn how to disrupt what isn’t supporting you and become more in tune with nourishing your body and caring for yourself. In the end, you will be more capable of attaining the change you desire, in feeling the way you want to feel.

I meet you exactly where you are and show you exactly what you need to do to get to where you want to be. We take your goals, put together a comprehensive plan and get you looking and feeling your strongest, most confident self.
THE TECHNIQUE.
community program
The technique community program is for women who are overwhelmed, tired of doing it alone, and are ready to reclaim their wellness, feeling empowered and at ease.
With me as your coach, alongside a community of supportive women, we establish your baseline through various metrics to implement a plan with support and accountability to stay on track.
Over the course of the 3 months, together we will take a deep dive on your relationship with food. We will focus on improving your nutrition by focusing on whole foods. Uncovering your potential by tapping into your subconscious mind to reprogram new beliefs and patterns. And, body recomposition, by supporting weight loss and inches. You will discover how to reclaim your power and potential to feel the way you want to feel.
What you receive:
- Full access to all materials and modules.
- A downloadable workbook to work through each week of the program
- 12 live weekly coaching sessions, with access to the replays if you aren’t available to attend live.
- Access to a private community container to connect with other women in the group during the program.
