why everything begins with tulsi

why everything begins with tulsi

if you've spent any time with all is well, you've probably noticed that everything begins with tulsi.

people often ask me why.

why build an entire company around one herb?

for me, the answer has always been simple.

i wanted to support women.

i've spent years working as a nutritionist, helping women navigate low energy, poor sleep, digestive concerns, hormone changes and those quiet moments when they no longer feel connected to their own bodies. through every season of that work, there was one herb i found myself returning to again and again.

tulsi.

i recommended it because i trusted it. i saw how beautifully it supported the body during times of stress, and how naturally it fit into the slower, more sustainable approach to wellness that i believe in.

when the time came to create all is well, there was never any uncertainty about where to begin.

it began with tulsi.

it was always going to be the heart of this brand.

as a nutritionist, i have endless respect for the wisdom of the human body. i believe in nourishing food, meaningful movement, herbs that have stood the test of time and simple daily rituals that help us care for ourselves with consistency and intention.

i believe that small acts of care, repeated over time, have the power to change a life.

most of all, i believe you are made of magic.

our bodies are extraordinary. they're constantly adapting, communicating and working to bring us back to balance. when we begin paying attention to them with curiosity and compassion, they have an incredible capacity to support our wellbeing.

health has never been about one perfect habit or one perfect ingredient.

it's shaped by the meals we prepare, the way we move our bodies, the quality of our sleep, the people we surround ourselves with, the boundaries we learn to set and the moments we choose to slow down. it's also shaped by the support we're willing to receive along the way.

every one of these things matters.

tulsi is simply one beautiful part of that bigger picture.

for thousands of years, tulsi has been revered in ayurveda and is often known as the queen of herbs. today, it's one of the most researched adaptogenic herbs, with studies exploring its ability to support the body's response to stress, cognitive function, immune health and overall resilience.

those benefits are certainly part of what drew me to tulsi, but they're not the whole story.

what i love most is the gentle way tulsi works alongside the body.

it offers support without asking the body to fight harder.

it meets us exactly where we are.

there's something deeply comforting about that.

i think many women spend enough of their lives feeling like they have to push harder, achieve more and hold everything together. i wanted to create something that offered a different experience. something that felt supportive, steady and calming while we learn to extend that same care to ourselves.

when i think about the women i've had the privilege of working with over the years, i rarely think they needed more information.

they were already trying.

they already cared deeply about their health.

they already wanted to feel better.

what many of them needed was reassurance.

they needed someone to remind them that wellness doesn't have to feel overwhelming. that their body deserves compassion. that caring for themselves is one of the most important things they can do.

that's the feeling i wanted all is well to embody.

i wanted it to feel gentle.

supportive.

grounded.

a place that quietly reminds women to come home to themselves.

tea became part of that vision because making loose leaf tea naturally creates space.

you boil the water.

you let the leaves steep.

you wait.

for a few minutes, the pace of the day softens. your shoulders relax, your breathing becomes slower and your attention gently returns to the present moment.

those few minutes may seem small, yet i've come to believe they matter more than we realise.

the ritual becomes an invitation to reconnect with yourself.

that's why every blend begins with tulsi.

my hope has never been for every woman to follow the exact same wellness routine. my hope is much simpler than that.

i hope every woman has at least one moment in her day that reminds her she matters.

a moment to pause.

a moment to breathe.

a moment to notice.

the biggest changes in our lives rarely happen all at once. they grow through small choices that we make over and over again, until they quietly become part of who we are.

that's what i hope a cup of all is well becomes.

a simple daily ritual that helps you reconnect with yourself.

because all is well has always been about something much bigger than tea.

it's built on the belief that women deserve to feel supported.

that wellness can feel like coming home.

and that one gentle ritual, repeated with intention, can shape the way we move through our days.

if tulsi becomes part of your daily routine, i hope it offers you more than a beautiful cup of tea.

i hope it reminds you to slow down.

to care for yourself with kindness.

to notice the life that's already unfolding around you.

and little by little, i hope it reminds you of something i've always believed.

you are made of magic.
