Get your antioxidants in and reduce your inflammation while sipping on this creamy mint smoothie.

Green Tea has been known to have super powers. One great way to reap the benefits of one of the healthiest drinks out there is by throwing it into your smoothie.  Green tea contains a large amount of catechins per serving. Catechins are antioxidants, which have the ability to help prevent the damage of cells. In addition, thanks to the celery in this smoothie you are also supporting digestion and reducing inflammation.
