My favourite time of the year is here! It’s time for F/W fashion! A staple you need in your closet is a good blazer...
You might be thinking, “okay perfect, I have a bunch of blazers for work” but would you wear those blazers on a night out or to grab some brunch with ladies? Blazers are THE OG’s for making you feel put together. When I don’t feel like wearing makeup or trying too hard but I still want to feel put together I always opt for a blazer.
Let me set you up for your next brunch or date night ;).
Brunch
For a chill brunch look I would wear a matching monochrome workout set and throw on an oversized blazer with white sneakers. If you’re planning something last minute and you don’t feel like wearing makeup, that is A-okay! Throw on a pair of sunnies and gold hoops and you’re good to go.
For something a bit fancier you can throw on a pair of dressy shorts/mini skirt and stockings, a crop top or bodysuit and pop that blazer on to complete your look.
Date Night
For a casual date night, I love the look of a nice pair of denim jeans with a blazer. You can wear anything from a white tee, bralette, crop top or bodysuit underneath depending on how you feel. I would complete this look with either sneakers or a pair of short booties.
For a dressy date night you can wear a pair of high-waisted wide leg dress pants with a bodysuit or bralette and a blazer. Or if you’re looking for something a little fun you can wear a mini dress, stockings paired with an oversized blazer and knee high boots. Remember to throw on a warm wool coat for this frigid weather we’ve been hit with!
I’ve linked some of my favourite blazers below! Be sure to tag me if you rock any of these looks.
