a well balanced weekend breakfast

You read correctly, nothing like sMores to start the day. Healthy fats with some chocolate chips + marshmallows. NBD. ‚ÄČThey make a good snack + dessert also ūüėČ



  • 1 egg‚ÄČ

  • 2 tbsp @lees.provisions 50/50 blend (ghee + coconut oil) ‚ÄČ(coconut oil will also do the trick)¬†

  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter‚ÄČ

  • 1 super packed cup of almond flour ‚ÄČ

  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar‚ÄČ

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt‚ÄČ

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda‚ÄČ

  • 1 bar of chocosol chocolate chopped into large chucks.¬†

  • 2/3 cup @mydandies mini marshmallows‚ÄČ


  1. Preheat Oven to 350 F‚ÄČ

  2. mix together all the wet ingredients - I use my stand mixer ‚ÄČ

  3. Add coconut sugar ‚ÄČ

  4. Add in the dry ingredients‚ÄČ

  5. Add chocolate chips and marshmallows. ‚ÄČ

  6. Chill in the freezer for 10 -15 minutes ‚ÄČ

  7. scoop the dough and roll into balls. Place on pan lined with parchment paper‚ÄČ

  8. Press down the cookies with your palm‚ÄČ

  9. Bake 12- 15minutes.‚ÄČ

  10. Let cool before transferring to a cooking rack. ‚ÄČ
