I love dumbbell complexes because they're an efficient way to get a good pump/sweat on. You don't need a ton of space and one set of dumbbells does the trick.
Grab a moderate set of dumbbells and get to work!
Perform 10-12 reps of each move, resting as needed in between each set. Perform 4-6 sets.
